Tourist information

The IAT (tourist information and reception office) of Belluno is in Piazza Duomo 2, in the heart of the historical centre. It is just a few-minute walk far from the train and bus station. By car, it is preferable to park at Lambioi parking, whose panoramic escalator brings you directly to Piazza Duomo, close to the office.

ALTA VIA N.1

Belluno is the arrival point of Alta Via No. 1 of the Dolomites, one of the most famous hiking routes in the Alpine region. The route starts from Lake Braies and passes through some of the most iconic views of the Dolomites, ending in the historic center of Belluno.

At the Tourist Office, hikers who have completed the itinerary can receive the official Alta Via No. 1 pin free of charge, showing stamps collected from shelters along the route or, alternatively, some photographs documenting the route. You can also leave a dedication and sign the Book of the Alta Via No. 1, becoming part of the history of this extraordinary itinerary.
